I’ve loved the Sheraton since I was a young adult, and they never disappoint. The room was comfortable, breakfast was very good, and the customer service was exceptional. I called after checkout thinking I’d lost a sentimental bracelet that was a wedding gift from my late husband. The front desk representative (John) went above and beyond, checking both the room and parking lot for me. Thankfully, I later found it in my rental car when I returned back to VA.
I truly appreciated his kindness and effort. Excellent service!

It was a wonderful experience overall. Great and friendly staff, modern and clean accommodations, delicious breakfast, and plenty of restaurants at walking distance. My family and I felt respected and well treated and kept saying we would come back.
The only inconvenience was that one of the two elevators was not working, and the one that was working, was very slow.

Rooms were very comfortable, bedding, and pillows.
One elevator was out of order the two nights we stayed. The working elevator also appeared to have issues. Super long delays before doors would close, rear entry doors opened even when not selected, etc..

So first of all, I chose one of the rooms because it said that this hotel has hot tubs in the room apparently, when I got there, the staff members mentioned that they don’t have any hot tubs only outside for people to get into and on top of that, the room was nice pretty spacious, but the AC unit was very loud and it kept clicking and making noises I chose to stay at this hotel because I had some training classes. I have to take pertaining for my job around the corner from this hotel so I was thinking that this would have been a great spot. I was a little upset, but hey, it is what it is.

Everything was good except not all of the elevators were operational. Of the two elevators near the front lobby, only one was operating. A bit of a nuisance.
