Second stay at Queenslake.

Our second say at Queenslake, and like the first not disappointed. Lovely location and easy access to Georgetown. Cosy accommodations, and I love the shower. If all goes well, we will be back next September. Forgot, breakfast was wonderful, and nice to have beautiful atmosphere to dine.

The location was beautiful. But the house was very dirty and in need of much repair. The water smelled like poop. The toilet in our room was filled with waste. The ceiling downstairs right by the kitchen had a huge hole and pipes exposed. The front door was broken and needed much repair. The patio out back was filthy the kitchen a complete mess with dishes stacked in the sink. They had cats and dogs in the house and while I was eating a cat jumped up in my lap. The garage was open that you walked by going into the house and it was filled with junk. The front porch was run down with broken screens, a broken hose, and really worn and dirty furniture. We would have left but couldn’t find another place to stay because of it being Derby Week. It was really unacceptable.

Great stay.

Everything was fantastic! Beautiful room, great breakfast, and a well-cared-for residence. We loved the location in the heart of horse country, a beautiful horse ranch. Claire and John, the owners of the B&B, were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommend. We will be back :)

Visit Ward Hall, Horse Museum and house hunting.

If you are in Georgetown, KY I highly recommend Queenslake B&B as you home away from home. The accommodations were wonderful.Our room was spacious and well appointed. Loved the large bathroom. If you are a walker, this house farm offers ample acreage to walk off a big dinner. John and Claire (owners) made us feel most welcome. Hopefully there will be room for us in September. Thanks again, Eileen and Mike.

The property was beautiful and relaxing, with the private lake, manicured grounds and surrounded by majestic horses. The hosts were very welcoming. We even had an impromptu game of Cash Cab at breakfast since everyone says My Husband looks like the Cash Cab Host. It was a fun and personalized way to end our visit there!
