Nice, clean, hotel

I stayed here for one night while visiting SELU on business. This hotel was great. It looks recently renovated and well-maintained. My room was clean and had all the amenities I expected from a Courtyard. It's also located close to both the downtown and a good variety of restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

They gave my room away and I was still charged for it. Haven’t been reimbursed and had to pay for another hotel room

The check in process was quick and easy. The bar had a wide variety of options and the prices were reasonable.

I reserved a room with a king size bed; upon checking in we were informed that the king rooms weren't cleaned so they were putting us in a queen/queen room....not what I wanted and reserved. Their idea of making it right was by giving on $10 credit for breakfast or dinner. We didn't eat either there so that didn't benefit us whatsoever. They also don't do daily housekeeping so keep your towels hung up! The television needs replacement; it had strange lights all over the screen. The room smelled musty. The vent in the bathroom was called in dust. The bathroom walls need cleaning. I don't think these are housekeeping issues; I think it's management not making sure the property is kept up. I love how the lobby smelled lovely but the room floors are musty. Move that scent upstairs! We unfortunately had a neighbor who talked LOUD on her phone all night so the walls are paper thin. It wasn't the worst experience but not the best either.

Arrived after midnight it was storming. Both young ladies were very attentive.
The staff was over the top friendly and had great suggestions on places to eat and do. Bed was comfortable room smelled clean. Wish room had a microwave.. but that is the only thing that I missed. Would stay there again.
