Excellent

The pictures on the website exactly represent what you’re gonna see when you get there which is not always the case. I mean, even down to the artwork in the rooms. The rooms are nice. The elevators are fast and efficient. The pool and hot tub are small, but the staff makes up for it with extra smiles and extra effort. This hotel is central to everything which really makes up for the lack of beach views or beachside location. Tons of restaurants. Massage parlors. Shopping. Buses and trolley stop out front. Very convenient and very central and highly recommend recommended.

Poor communication and service

This place was pretty primo, my being denied a late check out or even I offered to pay for a extra night upon check in mind you to be told it’s okay you can just do a late check out. Then next morning I was denied both. ‍♀️ never again.

Great hotel stay

Great location in the heart of Honolulu. Close to several great restaurants, easy to walk to walk everywhere. Walk to beach is less than 10 minutes. The staff was wonderful. The pool is small but it was clean. We really enjoyed the water bottle filler and that they give guests a refillable water bottle.

Don´t recommend it. Expensive and rude staff. They charge for resort fees that don't make any sense, The carpet smelled really bad and the front desk guy wanted to charge me for a late check out fee just because I was a few minutes past 11AM, even though I had to pack in the dark after the power went out because of Hurricane Lala. Except for the good location, nothing is good at this hotel.
