The staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel is located at a convenient location to entertainment and restaurant amenities.

Lobby has disturbing smell. Like there was a flood and mold is present.
Street noise was pretty bad, even from the sixth floor.
Lots of apparent drug use and homelessness in the neighborhood.

room was dirty, we had a two-night stay booked on the second night a male staff came up after 4pm as we were leaving for dinner plans. He had a cleaning cart. We met as he arrived on our floor. He only replaced the floor towel and a small washcloth. he never replaced the 3-shower towels. he did not clean the room or changed the sheets. Maybe he was taking a break. Have no idea.

We've stayed here before and been happy, but this time, not so much. Our air conditioning was very loud when it clicked on and woke me up all night long each time. In addition, when we went to get into bed at 11:30,we discovered blood stains on the top sheet. They did not appear to be old, and instead seemed very fresh! Since we were exhausted and it was late, we just put a sheet on top and slept there anyway. The bedding smelled clean, so fingers crossed it was just a stain!

We just needed a place to sleep that was reasonably priced. The hotel was perfect for that. Also had free parking which is helpful in a city.
