This hotel was perfect for our 2 night stay. Is it a 4 star resort? No. But it was clean, comfortable, working A/C, cold fridge and half the price of the larger hotels. I’d definitely stay again.

No, just No ...
I try not to write negative reviews, I actually rarely write any reviews, but I'm considering that places that offer good service need to be acknowledged and places that don't need to up their game. Flat Creek Inn, for us, was not a good time. The room was broiling and when we asked about the AC, the front desk said they would get back to us. They did not, hence a rather hot stay. The room, while serviced with bedding and toiletries was not fresh and clean. The toilet backed up and it appeared (by the water stains on the wood), that it had some unresolved issues in the past. I wanted to like this place because it was conveniently located close to GTNP and seemed to have all we needed. We don't look for fluff or extras, just a clean, safe and comfortable place to stay. We paid close to $500 for this room and we went in with the understanding that this area (Jackson) skyrockets their rates because they are the only place available to stay when you are touring the park. Again, we were willing to pay that and expected at the very least clean, safe and comfortable. Unfortunately, we did not get that. So we move on and learn and hope that reviews like this are read and used to improve what is offered to travelers.

Loved this place. Perfect location just outside the town square and easy to get to the Grand Teton Park and other attractions. The staff was very friendly and we had a squeaky bathroom door that they fixed immediately. Loved having a convenience store and gas station adjacent to the property. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone going to Jackson Hole!!

Very cute place. Lovely view of the elk preserve! Convent to town, restaurants and airport. Employees very nice.

Old-style motel, clean and friendly - can be noisy
We spent 5 nights at the Flat Creek Inn, we were touring Grand Teton National Park. The Inn is located north of Jackson, so it’s an easy drive to the Park. Our room was clean, with a mini-fridge, a/c, and wi-fi. Morning coffee at the convenience store next door was easily accessible. The staff was friendly and efficient.
It is noisy. The road to Jackson is clogged in the late afternoon and the traffic noise is audible. We had a ground floor room close to the stairs, and we frequently heard 2nd floor guests going and coming. However, the Inn is much more reasonably priced than most other choices in Jackson.
