Outstanding Service and Attention to Detail

Our stay at the Wort Hotel was truly an amazing experience from start to finish! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. We were warmly greeted and helped with our bags by Greg! He was incredibly helpful and made our arrival so easy. The staff kept our luggage safely until our room was ready, and then brought everything up to our room and helped get everything set up for us.
The room service was wonderful, and the little touches… like the chocolates and the genuine kindness of the staff… made our stay feel extra special.
Our concierge, Colleen, was absolutely amazing. She would text us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and always made us feel so well taken care of. Her attention to detail and genuine care really made our experience unforgettable.
Stephanie at the front desk was also wonderful. Whenever Colleen wasn’t available, Stephanie went out of her way to help us and did everything she could to make sure we were taken care of.
Overall, it was an incredible experience, and the hospitality truly exceeded our expectations. Everyone we encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely focused on making our stay special. I would highly recommend staying at the Wort Hotel and would absolutely stay here again!

A must for a family experience

Mia was fantastic, She helped make our stay comfortable and attended to little things we needed. The staff was amazing and the rooms were beautiful.

Wonderful hotel in Jackson. Great location. Dave and Tara are so helpful. Food is great in the restaurant. Excellent experience. Highly recommend.

Guest experience The Wort

We only had one night after 4 in Yellowstone. We should have planned better and spent at least one more night at The Wort. Very comfortable rooms. Servuce was top notch.

Great 3 days

Absolutely great experience. Personnel awesome from valet to front desk to housekeeping ( especially great)
Room was large . Bed was perfect and water pressure for shower good.
