Great price for a pet friendly and clean hotel

A shout out to the wonderful staff that made our stay very enjoyable. Thank you to Angela, Lois, Katy, and Raquel.
The rooms were very clean. We are grateful that our small poodle was able to stay with us.. I think it was a great idea on Hilton’s part to have LPV flooring throughout the room rooms and no carpeting.
The breakfast gave a nice variety of cereals, bagels, apples, and banana bananas. All that is needed to start our day great. The 24 hour coffee and tea bar was also a nice treat.

The hotel was very disappointing. There were roaches in the room, and both the rooms and stairwells smelled strongly of mold. The sinks and bathtub drained very slowly, making it clear that the property was not well maintained.
The accessible side entrance was also unsafe. Water was dripping from the air conditioning units directly onto guests as they entered, and the water was being tracked through the common walkways without any cleanup, creating a potential slip hazard.
When these issues were reported, the only response I received was, "Sorry, we'll let management know." No effort was made to address the problems during my stay or offer any form of compensation or accommodation. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Breakfast is very disappointing and could be much better. Only one elevator in the entire hotel which is slow. Bed pillows really suck. I needed to stack 3-4 pillows because they were so thin. Staff was very nice and helpful though.

It’s was worth the stay. The front desk clerk was very helpful and amazing when I checked in also when o check out.

Cancelled our reservation even though we chose pay at the property at booking. Wasn’t offered any type of apology or way to may the inconvenience better. Stay was rude, lobby stunk, and decided to stay elsewhere.
