Outside of town - located in an RV park and the room was hard to find. Check in is @ 4 but the office closes at 5. The door to our room “Jacks Room” is located in the office building but there was no label. The whole room shook starting at 8 am when the office door opens and closes. It was very clean and modern but won’t be back.

Nickel & Dime Charges

The owner should fire Margaret. We had 1 guest that visited. She charged us for five additional guests. She showed a video of these people who I don't even know. Margaret said they were were part of my group and they were not. and then charged me for the additional people. The office Staff must get paid on commissions on the amount of money they bring in because everything was an additional charge.

At our property, we use transparent monitoring to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests. Our records and video footage are only used to verify guest counts when there is a clear discrepancy between a booking and the number of people on-site. Whether guests are staying overnight or visiting for a meal or the day, additional person fees apply to cover the use of the facilities and the increased impact on the property. In instances where additional charges are applied, our staff provides visual confirmation to the guest. These charges are typically acknowledged and signed for at the time of the visit. Regarding your specific stay, we have no record of a dispute or chargeback, which usually indicates the matter was settled during the visit. We stand by Margaret and our office team, who work hard to maintain the integrity of our booking policies. We invite all future guests to accurately disclose their party size at the time of booking to avoid any "nickel and dime" surprises upon arrival.

Absolutely one of the best kept secrets in the keys. Beautiful views from inside and outside the house with great atmosphere. Close to John Penny camp and easy convenient shopping.

We arrived in the evening there was nobody there to check us in just an envelope and a key left in the mailbox for us with our name on it and the room number wasn’t even marked with the room name or any type of number to indicate that was our room so we had a hard time finding our room

We got one of the duplex apartments. It was quite nice, lots of space, clean, quiet. The Camp was nice too, family environment, a lovely small private beach. Only parking was tricky. If you move the car during the day and arrive late at night you cant tell were to park with out invading the RV spot.
