Clean cute little hotel on Lake Tahoe. They have their own personal little lake that’s just a few steps away from the “partial lake view” room. The room also had a little kitchenette with plates bowls a pair of silverware and a pan for cooking. Didn’t utilize it but it’s there. There’s a little coffee shop next door that you can get coffee and breakfast foods. Will definitely be staying again.

The only good thing was the beach access. Sadly the room was way too tiny. The window wouldn't close all the way. The bed was way too close to that window. There was a hair on the towels, the sink was dirty, There was a weird filter or heater by the door. We weren't given any instructions. The fan was dirty. The beds were very uncomfortable. The tv blocked the mirror. We couldn't watch any of the streaming services because other accounts were signed in. Worst of all, none of the outlets worked and we couldn't charge our devices. The bathroom outlet got extremely hot quickly. I know we get what we pay for but I've stayed in much cleaner rooms for that $100 price.

While the room was a bit dated don’t let that deter you. This place is amazing. Walking up every day to a view of the lake is priceless. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and enjoyable. The kitchenette was so helpful and the grocery store is in walking distance. We will never stay anywhere else!

Great location with upgraded lake views. North Lake Tahoe is much more laid back than South Lake. Lots of activities for the young and not-so-young alike. Beach access with sand clean off hoses was nice. Be aware of bears. We had one in one of the dumpsters on site. Will definitely come again.

Love the location, excellent dining options. Highly recommend a Lakefront room. It is truly lakefront, beautiful view, steps from the beach. Room was cozy, equipped with everything we needed. Only complaint is the shower head is awkwardly low, doing the limbo to wash my hair. Wish it was a hand held
