Checking in was easy, room was clean, staff was friendly. Only issue was our room key stop working. I went downstairs to the lobby and they reprogrammed by key but it still didnt work. I called front desk from the hallway phone and we had to wait in the hot hallway for about 20 minutes for maintenance to come up to our room and change out the battery on the card reader so they can let us in. Other than that, everything else was fine.

The hotel needs updating. The pool area and gym was really nice. The breakfast area furniture needs a make over, as the leather/pleather chairs were chaffing. The breakfast food was not good, lacked seasoning, cold, and lacked choices. Not worth the money. The rooms needed some updated, as the tub had several chips in the paint. The bed was uncomfortably lumpy. The location is. very close to the airport and you can hear the airplanestaking off and landing. Not much to do inthe immediate area. I was there for a conference. So it served its purpose. I would not recommend the hotel. Too many better choices for the cost.

The hotel room met my needs very well. It was clean and I was able to customize the temperature of my room. The staff at the hotel were so nice and helpful. I would give them a raise!

Free parking! Very spacious room! Lots of storage! Vinyl floors! Great sofa/lounger! A/C worked great and was decently quiet. To save you a google, to make the shower wand work, you have to pull the little knob with a wash cloth while water is off. Mini fridge is more of a beverage cooler, I wouldn’t trust anything beyond drinks. No fan in bathroom. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe my entire stay. Bright lights across entire parking lot, no creepy characters hanging around, discreet and efficient check in, you need a hotel key for the elevators, room door is heavy and shuts and locks automatically behind you. I didn’t use any of the pools, but they looked lovely!
