Great Small Business
This place was exactly what we needed for a quick trip to a wedding in Estes Park. It was clean, had everything we needed and the owner was very responsive. Cute town too!! Coffee shop, bars and a little grocery store/deli for a quick bite. Loved it!!

3 bedroom Vintage Masterpiece
We were all blown away at just how perfectly the 3 bedroom home met our needs! I am so thankful Asa was able to accommodate my last minute booking for one night with an early check-in. To be honest, I was beginning to think my idea for a quaint last night of vacation was not going to work out.
After a week filled with one adventure after another, we wanted a place where we could all be in the same place (rather than different cabins or hotel rooms) so we could relax, play games, share stories from our adventures and just enjoy our last night in CO.
The home was impeccably decorated with vintage and modern pieces that made it feel like we were visiting a relative rather than staying in an Air BnB. The beds were so comfortable and every thing we could possibly need was provided. The Rock Garden next door was a great place for a quick supper and the home was well insulated so the music from the garden never disturbed our conversations.
I only wish we were staying more than one night! But, alas, it was time to head back to Texas and enjoy the memories we made in Colorado.

Super convenient!
This is a great place to stay, especially if you’re heading to one of the many wedding venues in Lyons! Walking distance to everything

Not as advertised.
We were here with a group of people for a wedding in town. Our group had all of the rooms reserved, 5 couples in the back and two families in the larger houses in front. The front houses seemed to be ok and what they were expecting. As for the rest of us, 1 couple wouldn't even stay the night because their a/c wasn't working (the room was 78). Another couple stayed the first night and checked out first thing in the morning. In another room that couple had a broken lamp shade, dirty shower curtain, sewer smell by the end of the trip and their a/c also didn't work. However, the owner or GM did put a second a/c unit in their room and did bring the temp down (their room got up to 83 degrees at one point). As for our experience, we had to switch rooms because we booked on two different occasions, totally understandable. However, we still needed to repack all of our stuff and check out and then were displaced for half the day until we could get into another room, while still paying full price. In the first room, the bathroom faucet was not afixed to the sink nor was the toilet to the floor. There is no ice or ice machine. The bed was supported by a piece of cardboard that was bigger than the bed and every time you walked by you banged your shin. The next day we moved to a different room. I will say this room was better. The a/c worked better and the bathroom was ok. It is expensive for what you are paying for especially since there is no TV in the units. I understand the location is great but we had some down time in between festivities and it would have been nice. The staff did communicate well with us and tried to remedy the situation.

One of the worst stays ever
Horrible experience lamp shade was broken shower curtain was filthy broken A/C REFRIGERATOR was dirty and packed with ice our last night got a sewer smell from the bathroom had to put plastic over the drain electrical outlets didn’t work phone chargers wouldn’t stay in the bed was supported by a 4x8 piece of peg board we are not fussy people this room was totally disgusting 2 other couples refused to stay in the rooms where they got some of those pictures I don’t know and those ratings I don’t get
