We slept in a double bed room. The double beds were full beds not queen beds but they were some of the most comfortable beds I've ever experienced in a hotel. TV was probably close to a 50" and on a wall mounted swivel so everyone could see. Also it was a smart TV so, all the apps were available to watch through your accounts. Parking is in a garage which for hotel guests, I believe it's complimentary and can be validated at the front desk. I parked on the street the whole time which had plenty of parking available. 3rd St. Market Hall is a block away and has lots of food options. Starbucks attached to the hotel but another nice coffee spot is also a block away. I would stay here again.

Too many little issues
I had chosen a room in the app with a nice view and upon check in they changed my room to one with no view.
One night there was an extremely strong and pervasive smell of paint or paint thinner in the hallway, the elevators and the rooms on all floors. It was sso bad that I almost considered changing hotels. They apologized and promised 7500 points. I still have yet to receive them.
Tried ordering room service multiple times but it is only available during a small window and only from one restaurant out of the 4 onsite.

A Standout Hilton Experience
Art Deco and Hollywood Regency make me swoon. Add a couple of Labradoodle ambassadors when I've had to leave my cockapoo at home for yet another work trip, and I'm over the moon.
Every interaction I had with the staff was lovely during my 4-night stay. Everyone was gracious, warm, and incredibly competent. The signage to get to the ballroom and conference center were on point, and employees were at the ready to discreetly offer directions.
I stayed on the 24th floor during 95°+ days (Room 2424 - loved it), and the air conditioning performed like a beast—it kept the room perfectly comfortable the entire time, which was deeply appreciated. Thank you, too, for the Diamond upgrade.
The Monarch Lounge cocktails were fabulous, the ambience was elegant, and those quartz countertops? Absolutely to die for.
I didn't make it to the Executive Lounge this trip, but I was delighted to know that you (unlike many other Hilton properties) still offer this post Covid.
The entire property felt inspiring—a place that made coming back after long workdays a pleasure. Whether for business or leisure, I sincerely hope I have a reason to return soon.

Nice place but if you are young and off color I would not recommend
Beautiful place, the room is a very nice size but I did find dirty Kleenex behind the trash can on arrival. Staff is so bad. Being a women of color with children staff was terrible towards us. I knew from the moment I stepped foot into the hotel that they were going to very judgmental and racist. This is by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed due to rude staff. I booked for 2 nights I got a call on day 2 saying they need “just a little bit more money for incidentals” the lady on the phone could not tell me why then she started to go on about me buying things from gift shop and room upgrade. I told her that we never did any of those things then proceeded to tell me she had the wrong reservation but she still needed a little bit more money off of my card. Instead of her apologizing for her mistake and trying to settle it she just immediately suggested transferring me to her manger. I’ve never experienced being treated wrong because of the color of my skin! Front desk need to be retrained on how to talk to paying guest! And how to treat BLACK people just because we are a different skin color does not mean we should get treated like we don’t belong. I highly suggest not booking here if you are black! Worst hotel just because of staff. they treat other skin types like they are royalty! Do better we are in 2026!!

The entire hotel was a lot more surprisingly better than I expected. Very nice place, the rooms were clean and everything worked well. Very good value
