They gave me a smoking room when I specifically booked non smoking.
There was a punched hole in the bathroom. The place just was not clean. You’ll get what you pay for.

That place was not good at all. They have roaches, no clean towels, rags or bedding. It could be better if the owners made it better, it takes leadership to first make sure the place is clean and run the right way, then that leader would have to lead above the code of conduct. I will sleep in my car before I stay in another place like that.

RUDE! Outdated, stale, nothing works, dirty ROACH INFESTED rooms!

I needed to put my son up for a week in a motel, it was $50 a night for one person or $250 a week. I was needing the whole week so I paid the $250. The first room that we were rented, the TV was broken, the AC/heat did not work and there was an adjoining door to the room next-door that had peeling maskingtape and a dresser to keep it shut. My son is asthmatic, so I went down to the office and told him that he needed to have a room that had air so that he would be able to breathe. We were then put in room 227 on the side facing the highway. The room was non-smoking yet. It smelled stale. I inspected the room why they changed the card to this room. When I opened the microwave, there was a $20 bill inside which tells me that the room was not cleaned. I used to do rooms at the Best Western and people would leave Money in very odd places because they wanted to know if cleaned the room. Anyways, we asked the guy the first night for a refrigerator since he was going to be staying at least a week maybe indefinitely. He us that he would have one the next day. The next day came and went no refrigerator so I called the office. A refrigerator was brought to the room while my son was gone. We are now on the night of day two, he got up use the restroom and there was a roach in the bathroom. He let that slide the next day. On day four when he got back to the motel, there were multiple roaches, all seeming to come from the refrigerator that was brought into the room. He ended up leaving. Fast forward to today. I called the motel and am rudely hung up on by one of the employees I immediately call back and ask for the manager, the owner gets on the phone and tells me that he does not owe me any money because I stayed for five days and sinceI didn’t stay seven days, it’s $50 a day. So I’m writing this review because people need to be aware that this man does not refund they hang up on you, they’re rude as all get out, and they have roaches really bad. If you can see them during the day, you know that they’ve got them. When I first called, told me that he would get medicine and fix the room… Like what the hell are you even talking about? My son has asthma. He just go in there and spray his room. Anyways very rude, unprofessional and the owner that’s a whole other story… Please be aware. yes it’s cheap but at the end of theday, it’s really not worth it. If you have to share your living space with bugs! And if I could’ve given zero stars, I most definitely would have they need to have a negative button!

Probably tops my list for most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been to. Trash outside every room on the back side, every room wreaked of cigarettes, foreign substance all over the bathroom crevices and shower, smashed cougar eye butts in the bathroom floor hair on the sheets in the bed trim all around the room falling off the latch lock on my door was literally hanging broken have pics of all of these things honestly this place should be investigated by the health department.
