Comfortable nicely appointed rooms. Good central location. And a great value for a Manhattan hotel.

Asked for a quiet room and it was perfect. Kaitlyn was wonderful at check in and Natasha a fabulous bartender at the Irish pub next door. Perfect location and easy in and out. Will stay here again!

Food in Pub was very good. It was a bit too loud during Happy hour for me but great for younger people.

Older hotel with somewhat small standard rooms, no refrigerator or microwave there. But an exceptionally helpful professional staff, more of them staffing the front desk rhan you'd expect for a hotel this size, plus a terrific location, more than make up for that. Thus I'm a three time visitor, will, stay there again with enthusiasm.

This was an exceptionally nice hotel with incredible proximity to Grand Central Terminal, the Chrysler Building, etc. We didn't get to spend much time here, but it was a lovely lobby and outstanding room. We were surprised to be upgraded to a king suite upon our arrival. As this is an Irish chain, our suite was called the "Roma Downey Suite". The suite consisted of a king size bed in the bedroom, a small living room area with a second TV, and of course a finely appointed restroom with an oversize bathtub. Between the comfort of the room and the proximity to Grand Central and thus, all of midtown, a highly recommend this hotel.
