Extremely Professional

Working with Chad at the Hampton Inn in Norwich, CT was an absolute breeze! I had a two-bus move with over 50 rooms, and everything worked out perfectly for my group.
Chad and his staff were extremely professional, accommodating, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. They made everything smooth and stress-free, which is exactly what you want when handling a large group.
I truly appreciate all of their help and professionalism and will definitely continue to do business with Chad and his staff in the future.

The hotel itself could be a decent place to stay. The only king bed room left for the night we needed driving through town was a handicap accessible. It was very large and upon first walking in seemed clean enough. Though, when walking across carpet we both kept shoes on as it needed a deep clean. It was kind of gross feeling. The bathroom was decently clean. The really gross unacceptable issue we had was the bed.
When we walked in the corner of the sheets were not pulled down all the way and you could see mattress. I decided to look as most modern chain hotels we've stayed at recently have the waterproof coverings over the mattresses. This one did not and the mattress was exposed with just 2 fitted sheets on it. The mattress was covered in urine stains and was stained around corner. We t down and asked to be moved but " no other kings were available. " We decided to just ask for a couple extra fitted sheets and covered it up well. Firstly, this should've been where they should've called housekeeping or a hotel employee could've offered to do this for the guest when were paying a heck of a lot for a one night stay (250- 300 $ depending on rm) staffmember did come up and look at bed and said oh ew gross and took photos. She said someone would speak with us tomorrow morning at check out. We'll we did mention when asked how our stay was, "manager" didnt care, didnt offer any sort of compensation or even the smallest thing to make up for it. For this price nightly unacceptable.

Great Experience

The only complaint I would have is the lack of streaming services. Other than that, everything was wonderful!
We went for my husbands birthday and they asked if we had a room preference (quiet cemetary side, busy highway side) and if we had a floor preference. I also had balloons and a cake ordered to the hotel and they were able to place it nicely inside of the room! Breakfast was delicious and all of the staff were friendly.

Everyone great there. The hotel was clen and well maintained. The breakfast was good. Loved the pool and hot tub. We have stayed there 4 times and can't wait to go back
