Exceptional staff were helpful from check in until check out. Facility was very clean and a great location to walk downtown and straight onto the beach.

Location was fabulous! Close to everything. Beach was right at the end of the short street. The staff was super accommodating. The property is well maintained for an older property. Would stay again and recommend.

When we got there. The staff had no idea where our room was. Told us misinformation and had no keys for us to be able to come and go from our room . It wasn't until the next day staff bought us clean linens and keys to us.

Perfect property. Pictures are exactly as they are in real life. The owner/lady at front desk was amazingly helpful, i felt like I was talking to my mom she took such good care of us. Her recommendations were exactly what she had mentionned and the views of the ocean from our appartment were amazing. at night we would open the windows and hear the ocean/waves it was soooo relaxing. I recommend this appartment in a heartbeat.

Friendly Staff, Bright and Spacious

We stayed in the Sand Dollar Suite #5 from Augus 12-15th, 2025
Things we loved: the view, the hospitality (ask and receive with a smile), the location, the comfort (beds and sitting space), AC in every room, cleanliness (it was clean and it smelled clean), self serve beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys, plenty of bath towels and hot water, 6 people seating kitchen table. The kitchen has everything you need.
Things we wished we had: an outdoor sitting area with a beach view-you could use the small table and chairs at the end of the balcony, but it didn’t feel right as you were sitting directly in front of someone’s else’s unit. There is a back deck with the view of a building, but better than nothing. We missed not having an outdoor pool, but they do provide an indoor pool that is very well kept. A larger parking space.
Overall, we loved our trip, and we would absolutely stay there again. It felt like home away from home. The unit was bright and airy and so comfortable. The bathroom could use a paint job around the bottom of the door but that is about it. The sofa bed was very comfortable, and the bed sheets were soft and of good quality. It is obvious that the owners have high standards and want customer satisfaction. A bonus is that you can book for less than a week. Most condo rentals are weekly and have added fees. These units could be booked for less than a week and there were no additional fees except if you need a 2nd parking space. Pictures on their website are accurate.
