Nice new rooms with comfortable bed and nice employees

We moved to this hotel after a bad experience on 119th at a different hotel and what a world of difference. Nice people checking us in newer room with comfy beds and free breakfast that was fresh and different. I can't wait to go back! They even had bike rentals. If you want to whiz around the neighborhood. Each employee was nicer than the last. What a great experience!

Quiet! Clean! Helpful!

Clean, Helpful & Quiet! Chasity went above and beyond to help us book a last minute reservation. This property is wonderfully run, clean, quiet, wonderful amenities, and the staff were wonderful (ESPECIALLY Chasity!) I will definitely stay here again

Overall good experience. Didn't have hot water for shower for first couple of days.
Storage space, especially in bathroom, was very limited.
Breakfast was very good.
Bath products were great

We have stayed multiple times and love it every time. Unfortunately this time their specialty coffee machine was out of order the entire trip.
