Beautiful & educational.

We had a wonderful boat ride on Lake Powell & the Colorado River tributary. Our Boat driver was very knowledgeable about the history of the various canyons she took us through. We got to go real close to Glen Canyon Dam. It was a relaxing experience.

Disappointing

We were very disappointed with the accommodation, as it is very run-down and in poor condition.
The rooms are in urgent need of renovation and are unfortunately not clean. The rooms were not cleaned during our stay; we had to chase after every roll of toilet paper.
Both pools were open when we were there. In the larger one, however, you could not swim, as it was full of insects.
The only beautiful thing is the location of the hotel. Nevertheless, we would not book it again.

The lobby and dining room area were excellent. The room, not so much. We didn't have hot water due to our building's boiler was broken.

The views are amazing and it’s very nice to have two pools to relax in. The rooms are perfectly fine though slightly outdated, and the entire property is well kept and the staff is friendly, but it’s certainly not a luxury hotel.
