Excellent stay - Clean, quiet, and great value!
Stayed at Motel 6 Pleasanton and had a great experience. Room was very clean and comfortable, bed was cozy, and AC worked perfect. Staff at the front desk was super friendly and helpful.
Very quiet area, easy parking, and close to everything in Pleasanton. For the price, you can't beat it. Definitely coming back!

Property was not kept clean there was cigarette butts everywhere, over grown weeds, the pool was covered with a tarp and clearly not in use for a while but nothing is posted online or emailed or warned about when booking. Disappointing for our family trip! The room was poorly cleaned smelled like cigarettes and degreaser. And it seemed like things were falling apart. From the flooring in the restroom and the ripped shower curtain to the tv and table. Would not recommend anyone to stay there with family. Would not return. Seems like motel 6 standards went way down last two I stayed at were the same disappointment. Last time I stay at motel 6. Save your money and go somewhere else!

This hotel is safe clean and well stocked. No bells n whistles but it had everything I needed. It was quiet and all the guests were nice and didn’t bother me. Best part is that I was able to bring my costar and bestie, my kitten. Thank you motel 6

Our room was “clean”. The bed were fine but the bathroom had dead bugs in the corners and hair on the floor. The baseboard was like kicked in and the was like a gap/hole at the floor. The room when we first walked in smelled so strong like chemicals. When the chemicals somewhat wore off it, it smelt like marijuana so I’m assuming they were trying to cover that up(we were in a non-smoking room). The whole property looked run down. I have stayed at a lot of Motel 6s and this was probably the worst one, I would not recommend. The only good point was the front desk staff was nice when we were checking in.

We checked in around 4:00 p.m. and immediately discovered that the bathroom faucet was broken and leaking. I requested a different room, but the front desk staff member initially refused, explaining that all other rooms were reserved. After further discussion, we were eventually assigned another room.
Unfortunately, the replacement room had several serious cleanliness and maintenance issues. We found numerous cockroaches, hair on the towels, and a strong chemical odor from the cleaning products that made the room unpleasant. We also observed a rat in the empty, dirty swimming pool.
Overall, the condition of the property fell well below reasonable expectations for cleanliness, maintenance, customer service, and guest comfort. Our experience was very disappointing.
