Awesome Place

Been at lots of hotels Europe, USA, and Mexican/Caribbean area. Great service, Food Fantastic and accommodating. They’re personl. Feel comfortable.

The room was ridiculously small - like staying in a jail cell. The bed had only one nightstand. I literally put my water glass on my roller wheel suitcase.

Beautiful hotel

Gorgeous modern hotel, elegant, comfortable, very nice staff. Nice restaurant and rooftop bar.
Rooms are beautiful and clean, comfortable bed. Nice view of lake from our room. Bathroom with mounted magnifying mirror which is appreciated. Tiles in (large) shower are beautiful, Grohe fixtures.

Great Stay!

This hotel offers excellent service, beautiful rooms and great restaurant and bar. While conveniently located within walking distance to the lake, restaurants and boutique shops , It provided a quiet and restful sleep night.

Atmosphere great!! Bartender needs training...

Atmosphere was great! Bartender needed training... We were at the roof top bar. It was a perfect summer day with the view of Racine and the sky. I ordered a Lemon Drop martini. I have had them all over Racine, so I know what the drink should be. The bartender started to use plain vodka and I could see she had lemon vodka available. She did use it upon my request. Next I asked for lemon liquor, which was not In my drink but available. She didn't know that was in the drink too. She said, "I wasn't trained that way". Note to supervisor...
