The owner was wonderful. I stayed there on my journey to my destination & on my journey home. The owner knew I was staying there on my way home & put the air conditioning on in my room so that it was cool when I arrived.

Great staff i went early to pay the room was wonderful minus a single roach but otherwise wonderful i will he coming back

Very bad experience

I live in Rolla and after the tornado hit rolla on Friday the power was out at the motel for at least 6 whole days the owners had a generator but the rest of the place including 4 children had no electric or hot water for a week no amenities and my friends in 235 who have lived there had to throw away 275 dollars worth of food they just bought the managers never checked on them it is illegal to live anywhere in Rolla without electric and hot water my friends were shy on their rent this month and the managers are being very rude wanting money they had to use to eat fast food with cause of the tornado they even rented dark rooms to people during that week.Im a concerned citizen and do not think breaking the law is OK for these business owners and they should have put the paid up customers in another hotel with electric and water but they didnt,this is not how you treat people and some concerned citizens plan on doing something about probably in court but those poor people's money need to be refunded for the nights they were without electric and hot water,I would definitely not recommend this motel to anyone.
