Quality Inn Roseville

I like the location because it was close to every where I wanted to go with restaurants and mall near the hotel. It was quiet and common areas were clean.My room was clean and spacious, and the queen bed was comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful about extending my time.

Don't say you've not been WARNED!

Very unprofessional employee made me a little Leary so did the guest in Foyer. I'm Crippled & requested a room close to parking, well I had to walk a very long distance because the Entrance door is the only way to get in after 9 pm. Going to room the smell of marijuana was over bearing. The room was Dirty, coffee NO coffee maker, no fan, window or A/C in the room, It was 76* and No way to get ventilation. I got settled in while I hear banging, screaming and loud noises in corridor. I'm thinking it should get quieter shortly, WRONG Right next door every 10 minutes someone slams door going in, then I hear swearing and yelling, next was unbelievable this someone is beating up mate throwing them into the wall or door, throwing stuff in the room they would slam the door going out and sit down right next to their door for 10 minutes and repeat. After I was actually getting worried, I had enough, packed up, I stopped at the desk to tell him to address the issue before some gets Really hurt or call the police, employee said but you paid for the room, ARE YOU SERIOUS, I loaded my car and saw employee do nothing to help that person in that room getting abused, UNBELIEVABLE! Do yourself a favor and don't even think about staying at this hotel ever even for one night. Worst experience in 58 years of my life at a hotel.

- had to wait 15 minutes for someone to arrive at front desk to check in, evening staff seemed annoyed by our arrival
- when we arrived there were several kids under 13 running in the lobby and down halls without any adults in sight
- dirty halls, popcorn, garbage and general unidentified dirt
- mirrors and windows very dirty and smeared
- no window to outside
- gross unknown brown substance on thermostat and other parts of walls and doorframe
- broken iron and ironing board
- screaming kids, including a young child until 12:30 am
- room was 86F even though it was a cool fall day, and no window to outside to help it cool down, we ran air conditioning all night I keep it cool
- windows to rooms with extended stay guests were just gross
- whole hotel smelled like pot, and hotel features they used to have (eg patio) were beyond repair
- morning staff were actually lovely

Horrible customer service

Poor management, and customer service.
Checked in, but room was not ready, room entry key malfunctioned. Had to find another near by hotel for my hold stay. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone or thing..
They refused to refund my money, 330 dollars for a stay that did not happen.

AVOID!

Booked for several days. Left a few belongings in room only to find out we had to return home for personal reasons so our stay was never complete. $400 spent for a room that was never used. The manager D'Angelo wouldn't even consider a partial refund. Even worse was his rude, belligerent behavior. Leaning on the counter the entire time because he's so tired of his job he can't be bothered to stand up and act like a professional. When I told him I wouldn't be back his response was "that's fine".
There are too many other places to stay in this area to put up with that sort of attitude. Avoid or go at your own risk.
