Beautiful place!
Conveniently located so you're minutes from The City but without all the noise and congestion of staying in the city directly. Attentive and friendly staff and breathtaking views directly from your room!

Perfect for a weekend of relaxation

Memorable Stay
We traveled from PA to celebrate a 50th birthday with family and friends. Marianne, the concierge, went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Additionally, the staff was very accommodating providing a very comfortable "extra" bed to our room.

Unique and relaxing stay with unmatched views
Cavallo Point is a unique hotel for the San Francisco area. It is great for families or friends who seek quality time together in a majestic setting of the Golden Gate Bridge in the distance. The hotel itself is historical and unique and it does well to add luxury to former barracks and less formal buildings. The bed, pillows and linens in particular are great, and the products in the bathroom are lovely. There is no AC in the rooms which was an issue only for a few afternoon hours in a heat wave; there are fans and windows to open and a fireplace too if needed. The food both in room and in restaurants is very good and the staff is excellent. It is a large and expansive property that is set apart from the city and even Sausalito which is part of its charm but you’ll need a bike, car or an uber or a daypack to get into the city. I will return!
