I'm not sure what some people are referring to when they say; " it's a bad place". They Certainly are Wrong! I have been here at Quail Run Lodge for 2 years now, while I work at Gulfstream Aerospace away from my home in Palm Beach Florida. I am Very Pleased with the Owners, The Staff and The Girls at the Front Desk. Everyone is Very Friendly and helpful.They keep everything clean and Tidy, from The Rooms to The Grounds and Dinning Area. I have never had any problems with anyone or any of my requests. I have stayed at many places in my lifetime and I rate Quail Run at the Top with the Best of Them. Again I can't express enough the whole experience and just how Great it is. It truly feels like my Home away from Home. My Wife Carol comes to visit and, She really enjoys everyone here. Thank you all for the Delightful Company that you run and take such good care of. :)

NEVER AGAIN
Upon initial checking in the rooms seemed okay superficiality, but when attempting to start the first night things went very wrong. The air handler began leaking water, then stopped working. After looking closer the filter seemed to have been skipped for months. Then, no access to assistance and our refrigerator went out causing total loss. Moving into the exposed wires under the leaking unit there were burn marks in close proximity to the outlet so it seems this has been an reoccurring issue. Continuing onto a second room for temporary correction, there was clear mold in the A/C unit and no regard to there being a global pandemic. Following day, we requested refund on the weekly rental as we were leaving and they denied our requests and told us to leave. Mindful, that being the front desk manager should not attempt to fight customers for their establish being complete filth. Reports were made to GA health regarding these issues.

Lunch
Took 8 employees to the lunch buffet here today. The fried chicken was great but even better was the chicken and sauce. Not sure what it was except delicious! You cannot be disappointed here. Desserts are good too!

completely ryde and horrible
we had four rooms everything was good, great price. all of a sudden we got kicked out for complaints about being too loud. which we wasn't. my personal opinion is there is a civil rights issue going on at this business. I talked them in to letting us keep 2 rooms and they hand picked the people who could stay. these people was no more loud than the other people and white. we stayed maybe two more weeks and they seen a new guy which happened to be a man of color and is very calm and collective, a man of very few words but asked us to leave because he was not registered which it was too late to register him because the front desk was closed and could of very well just been a guest. I guess no guests are allowed at this lodge. lead me to only believe that the people running this place is racist. if you choose to stay here you will notice no black people stay at this place of business.

Rude staff
This place HATES kids so don't attempt to stay here if you have children. They like ONLY long term construction workers to stay here it def is not a family establishment. My kids are very well mannered and not loud at all. So I am not saying this just to giving my two cents! Don't go here if you have a family.
