Pleasantly surprised
Beds very comfortable, rooms clean & functional - rooms need some updating, but god for the price. I missed breakfast but needed a cup of tea to get back on our drive, and the manager let me into the dining room to grab some hot water in spite of being closed. Stellar staff! Definitely recommend.

Sink fixture about to fall off.
Worst continental breakfast attempt I’ve ever seen. Dirty kitchen area and dirty serving dispensers. Coffee, waffles, fridge. I would not recommend other than the cheaper pricing. You get what you pay for

The pillows were great and had a good night sleep. The room smell left once we turned on the air conditioner. The rooms were clean. The staff was great.

Very disappointed! When I checked in the front desk man made a comment about me reserving through a different company, he said “well that puts you at the end in room 104”. Well I guess when you don't book through them they don’t put in the best room.
When I first walked in the room I had to use the bathroom, and to my surprise there was urine on the toilet seat. Then when washing my hands and drying I saw that the towels were not white, they were worn, torn and grayish.
The room wasn’t much better, the chairs were ratty looking, the TV did not have a clear picture and the bathroom floor was sticky.
I was worried about the bedding so I slept on the bottom sheet only.
The last thing that made my visit not desirable was the breakfast, bad, really bad! Not sure what they call the yellow saucers, thin yellow circles, I guess eggs. The options were very limited, and there wasn’t anything healthy, no fresh fruit, which was needed, apples, not even bananas.
For the amount they charge for the room, a complete disappointment!

I'll choose the more expensive hotel next time.
I chose Quality Inn over The Hampton next door because it was cheaper. Big mistake! The shower had several strands of hair from the previous occupants, the shower curtain was disgusting and the shower curtain rod was bent in two places. The shower curtain rod was not the kind that bows out so it was pretty tight. Every time I tried to turn around my arms would brush up against the disgusting shower curtain. The toilet either was not cleaned very well or has not been cleaned for a while. The tile floor was not swept or mopped. The light switch was disgusting as well. The bed was made, but it was done half ass. The sheets and pillow cases are supposed to be white, but was yellowish. I honestly had to force myself to sleep in the bed. No microwave.
The entire hotel is badly in need of renovation and upgrade. Next time I'll pay the extra couple hundred dollars and stay in The Hampton.
