Good hot breakfast. Room was very spacious and clean, however, it did have an old cigarette smell. Otherwise happy with our stay and would stay again.

One of the best in Spokane

We were in crisis with the Spokane Fires as we were in the Level 3 evacuation area. The BestWestern had 1 room available and they took our pet without question. We were absolutely thrilled with the accommodations but the staff, especially Nesha Howard at the front desk, were just awesome. My wife and I have stayed in everything from the Four Seasons to Motel 6 and here at Best Western Spokane North, we had the best, most friendly service that was equal to or in most cases better than anywhere we’ve stayed. The rooms were large and well appointed, the free breakfast was better than most and the breakfast area was very clean! The entire hotel was exceptionally clean, a big challenge in the face of the fires and hazardous smoke conditions, and the fact the hotel was completely booked for the week we had to stay there. They were constantly busy with phone calls and check-in and check-out but the staff was friendly and exceptionally efficient. My biggest thanks to Nesha and all the staff that we had the pleasure to interact with. Awesome job!
Rooms
Very clean and well appointed. Mattress could have been more comfy but it wasn’t unbearable. Great water pressure which we usually don’t see in hotels in this price range. Microwave and refrigerator in the rooms were a welcome addition. I am personally not a fan of pod coffee makers but the one in the rooms was acceptable
Walkability
Across the street from a shopping center that has a Safeway and Target. A Chase bank branch is in that area too. There are 8 restaurants within walking distance and a Cold Stone Creamery, the highlight of the area for an ice cream lover like me.
Food & drinks
8 restaurants including 5 Guys burgers, Olive Garden, Applebees, Red Robin, Taco Bell, Jersey Mikes, and others.

Michael, we hope your stay is temporary and that everything is okay at your home. We welcomed many folks fleeing the fires to the west. We had many cancellations from visitors and were glad that they freed up space for those evacuating beloved homes. Thank you for taking the time to share your review with others. I know you may be dealing with many concerns. You have found a safe place with us.

Our room, staff and general facility was great. The complimentary breakfast was great for my husband. I was limited to the hard boiled eggs because the scrambled eggs contained milk. Ate oatmeal both mornings, but a gluten free bread/muffin choice would have been helpful. I've been at other Best Western's who had those available.
