Got bad directions from Apple Maps but found the property with a couple of left turns. Greeted and quickly checked in. Comfy bed and nice linens and towels. Nice size TV with bunches of choices to watch with easy guide to follow. Variety of food choices in lobby for purchase. Parking lot has a sign: remove all valuables from vehicle, so I imagine the area is not terribly safe, though Spokane is not really a huge metropolitan city.

The room was nice it was what it needed to be other than the breakfast was a letdown but didn’t expect much anyway. The kids liked the pool even though the hottub was out of order and kind of a mess over it was convenient for what we were there for

The breakfast was really good the first day. They said on Tuesdays they cannot have eggs because the delivery truck doesn't get there in time. It seems like somebody would fix that problem because eggs is all I really wanted hopefully they read this and fix that problem

My opinion

The outside gives old hospital vibes. I was surprised by the inside of our room. Great customer service at the front counter. Kind of disappointed with the breakfast on Monday morning. Not a great selection. The worker had to keep apologizing to the customers for lack of food. Whoever orders the food/groceries needs to do a better job. We pay for this service with our room purchase for a reason. Who wants to have to spend extra money on food when traveling when we’re supposed to receive it with our booking of the room.

Good location for convenience to hospital. Breakfast was good, my son was impressed by the pool being 8 ft deep
