Pleasant surprise here.
Staff was excellent, super easy check in.
Safe and quiet, for the most part. Decent bed and the AC worked well. Pool on site was open and, clean.
Only bad would have been the non existent breakfast.
I will stay here again if I find myself in this area.

This hotel is soo dirty. And had a bed bug crawling up the wall. I checked right back out as soon as I got there and stayed at the Marriott in Saddle Brook. The Marriott was sooo clean and the amenities were A1. The staff and customer service at the Marriott was also amazing, I can’t wait to stay at the Marriott Saddle Brook again

Not a bad place to stay. Bed was decent, A/C worked well. Parking for a truck and trailer was no problem.
Pool was open and clean. Fitness room, meh…
Breakfast is waffles and cold cereal
Was great for work travel. Not someplace to take the wife and kids for the weekend

Worst Quality Inn.

This place absolutely should not be charging as much as they do for a hotel that barely even functions as a bare-bones spot to crash for the night. I stay at a lot of quality inns, and usually am happy with what they offer, but this place is a nightmare.
The rooms are uncomfortable at best. I don't need a room to be perfect, but I do need it to have working amenities. On my last stay, I was put in a room with a broken ac/heat unit, which was not something I would be able to tolerate for the night. They sent a male employee into the room of a young solo female traveler at midnight to look at the unit, before transferring me to a room that was barely better, and an incredibly unpleasant experience especially that late in the night. Their "breakfast offerings" consisted of juice and a sign not to take anything back to my room, so couldn't even earn any value back on my stay there.
They need to do better and stop charging people $150 for a room that's worth $30 at best. I am so incredibly disappointed that there is not a semi-decent quality inn in this area.

Requested handicap accessible and only thing that met that criteria was the shower. Toilet was very low-kid height. Bed was high. No way a person in a wheelchair could get in the bed by themselves! A wad of hair was on the bathroom floor. Frame around bed was broken. Furniture old and worn. Office chair on wheels broken. Air conditioner was not flush with the interior wall and had a big dent and could see outside thru the gap. Right by the freeway and can hear loud traffic all night. I actually thought the window was open when we arrived, but it was closed. Windows are older than dirt. No smoking room, but cigarette burn in bedspread noted upon arrival. Another guest and I waited 5 minutes for someone to come to the desk and check us in. East entrance door was not locked and anyone had access to come in. Homeless people hanging around outside. The final straw, on check out morning there were 8 or 9 intoxicated high school looking kids on the elevator that clearly says limit 2 people. They were rude, loud, and obnoxious at 5 am!! Really!! Never again at this hotel. $150 a night!! I’ve stayed at better places for $80-90 a night. Terrible breakfast choice too!!
