It is a bit older hotel, but it's very well maintained and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It's perfectly located, you could easily walk to the Old City and other nearby area attractions. It is up against railroad tracks, but fortunately even when trains are passing, the noise isn't much above the air conditioner. All in all, great place to stay, will definitely stay again

Worst hotel

It was terrible. The whole room smells of mold. There is black mold everywhere!! It is damp everywhere in the room. It is unbelievably dirty. I find it irresponsible. We paid $300 for 2 nights. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone and absolutely cannot understand all the reviews. We were not even offered another room. For me, this is a health hazard.

Staff was excellent and addressed any concerns I had. The amenities were great with a pool, hot tub, and restaurant. The location was great but it was on the railroad tracks so if you’re at the back of the hotel then you will hear the train. Overall it was a great stay for the price. We took a Lyft to the historic district for less than parking would have been.

Check-in person was very nice. The cost for two small dogs -$50 - was almost as much as the room itself. We also had to pay a $15 resort fee onsite. No breakfast included. We were put in a room around the back, which would have been fine, if it weren’t for the freight trains that run frequently right alongside the back of the hotel. Otherwise, it’s in a convenient location; you can walk to several restaurants and it’s not far into the downtown. There is a Lain restaurant onsite, but we didn’t eat there.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was, comfortable, and welcoming. The location was perfect, and the staff was friendly and attentive. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting St. Augustine.
One of the highlights of our stay was De Leon Cocina, the restaurant located at the hotel. The food was absolutely delicious!
