The door didn't have an extra security latch. The furniture was old, out of date. The refrigator door seal was falling off. The bathroom counters are scrathed and stain, Same for the tub. The A/C was running at 60 but 75 in the room. the bed was comfortable.

I would not recommend this hotel unless you ABSOLUTELY have nowhere to stay. The staff ( one older man and one younger man ) were nice. I was even able to check in 4 hours early. My room door had an opening along the door jamb from the lock to the floor letting in outside air, noise and bugs. The bed comforters were super itchy. The pillow cases had small blood stains on them. The towels felt like sand paper and one of them had a bug wrapped in the middle of it. I had the room booked from Friday to Sunday and left Saturday afternoon loosing out on a nights sleep and money. I was in town to run a Spartan race all weekend and was so uncomfortable that i returned home ( Austin...about 2 1/2 hours away ) and missed my last 2 races and lost out on that money ,$300, because i knew i wouldn't be able to recover from Saturdays race comfortably. It was a total loss of time and money. Not sure how they got rated 7 stars.

There were dead bugs all over the floor. Crickets in the bedroom area and roaches in the bathroom and near the door.

This hotel is filthy disgusting. A light was missing in the sink area, missing a handle on the hot water, roaches, spiders and crickets INSIDE the room. The towels were not clean. Told management and they did nothing and weren’t concerned.
