Located in Widtsoe, Under Canvas Bryce Canyon is in a rural area and in the mountains. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Bryce Canyon National Park and Bryce Canyon National Park Visitor Center, while Ebenezer's Barn and Grill and Bryce Wildlife Adventure are cultural highlights. Take an opportunity to explore the area for water adventures such as fishing. While you're here, you can enjoy all the comforts of home and more, including an outdoor entertainment area and a garden, as well as a private deck and a firepit. Other amenities include premium bedding, a memory foam bed, towels, and firewood. The property is closed between October 1 and May 8.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything that was needed was available. Good and tasty food options. Bedding accommodations were comfortable.

Never again!

Run away! These are not luxury tents as described. Simple tent with low-end, very uncomfortable mattress and pillows. Upon our arrival, the bed was dirty, the sheets had not been changed. The batteries to charge the phones and lamps were empty too. The staff does not care at all about customer satisfaction. No smile, no apology for the shortcomings, drink service in plastic cups! And they make us believe that it is eco-friendly accommodation.... The price per night is high for mediocre service. Not worth the detour unless you want to observe the stars at night.

Our property is intentionally designed as an off-grid glamping experience, with sustainability and minimal infrastructure being an important part of that model. We use compostable serving ware as part of our efforts to reduce our environmental impact, while also accommodating the practical limitations of operating a remote property.
We understand that the nature-focused experience and its amenities may not be what every guest is looking for. Thank you again for sharing your experience.

Our tents are intentionally designed as an immersive, off-grid glamping experience, so cooler nighttime temperatures and natural morning light are part of the environment. Our wood-burning stoves are provided to help keep the tents warm, and firewood is available for guests throughout their stay.

The property, amenities and staff were wonderful. Even more than we had expected from our first “glamping” experience. Come, as we did, prepared to drop out from all electronic connections. And focus on what matters most; each other. Proximity to Bryce Canyon is about 25min. Stay up late for the night sky, and don’t worry too much about low temps. A gas fire helps stay out longer to view the stars. And a hot water bottle keeps you warm at night! John

Under Canvas Bryce Canyon is in a location approximately 20-25 minutes to the park entrance (depending on park entrance traffic). The tents are quite nice, roomy for a tent. Bathroom is fine - it is glorified camping after all. The shower must be pulled down and held with one hand while washing yourself. Its the little things that can make a stay. In our case, the kids tent to be used by 17 year old had hairs on the pillow and sheets as well asstuck in the zipper from previous guest. And plenty of dirt already inside. Hard to keep dirt out but best to start clean. The dinner was admirably bad. Pasta with no sauce. Dry and undercooked. With a small chicken parmi with a dribble generic tomato sauce dropped on the pasta. My steak was ok. The diming setting overlooking the distant mountains is beautiful. Front desk staff were energetic and helpful. Unfortunately couldn't charge my phone as property provides power banks but they didn't work and also the little deck/balcony on our tent had a light that is also supposed to be a heater. It didn't work. And it was a cold night so would have been nice. Nonetheless, beautiful star-filled sky. Nice place, but the little things including dinner could be improved.
