The Architect was pleasantly decent for the prize! It’s in a great location, just one block from the metro and across the street from some really great restaurants and bars. There aren’t any amenities or free breakfast so keep that in mind. The room was also serviced every day which was great

No WiFi/Internet Access

BAD WIFI!! Needs to be fixed! I stayed at this hotel for four days, each day I had to go to the front desk to get help for the Wi-Fi. There is a lot of options available, but none were working.
PROS: Front desk staff were nice. Water was always out. Housekeeping came every day, very pleasant women. Bathroom was updated, however, the room was not. Nice working AC great location, okay price compared to nearby hotels. 6th floor, great views!
Would go back only if I didn’t need WIFI during my stay.

It’s a nicely renovated hotel and very clean. My only complaint was that the shower head was broken and the water pressure was very poor. It was a struggle to actually shower under a thin stream of water. Half of the water actually shot up to the ceiling. The hotel staff are generally friendly and helpful but it depends who is on staff that day.

I've stayed at this hotel more than a handful of times. Rooms are always very clean! Really no amenities to comment on. Great place for the person that just needs a place to sleep and shower and go about your business. Close to metro. Plenty of places to eat and see nearby.

Awful experience. Could not get a staffer to pick up the phone during an awful travel experience. Couldn't get to the property until 48 hours after my check in (for a 3 day stay). Wouldn't speak to me, wouldn't refund. DO NOT BOOK
