Nice and quiet
Nice and quiet property even though it is close to I-80. Beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was pretty good. We had trouble with the tv when we arrived. Notified the front desk and he was right on the problem. Had it fixed with two minutes. Very nice stay!

Will rip you off it you check out a day early
Sadily, its the best hotel you are going to find in Wendover UT. Wendover NV has Casio rooms but they charge more and 'Casio'. The room we had was average with a comfotable bed to to small pillows. Location is great if you are visting the Salt Flats. Where I have a problem with this hotel is Service. We had a short notice change of travel and checked out a day early. No one was at the desk, and I told someone who was Housekeeping. They bill me for the extra day that I reserved and was not there. When I talked to the GM, he told me it was all my fault and would not give me a refund because he didn't have time to rent the room that. The hotel was half empty the whole week we stayed. I asked the GM if he 'wanted my money or my business'. He wanted the money so Best Western Wendover will never have my business again. Called Best Western Corprate as well. No help from them either.

Dear Jeff,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are glad you found our location convenient for visiting the Salt Flats and that you found the bed comfortable. We also appreciate the opportunity to clarify the concern regarding your final night's charge.
Our front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, although an associate may occasionally step away briefly to assist another guest or address an issue elsewhere on the property. Unfortunately, our front desk was not notified that you intended to check out one day earlier than your confirmed reservation. Informing a housekeeping team member does not modify or cancel a reservation in our system.
Without notification of an early departure, we must consider the reservation active through its confirmed departure date. When travel plans change, we ask guests to contact the front desk as soon as possible so we can review the reservation and make any applicable changes in accordance with hotel policy.
We understand that unexpected changes in travel plans can occur, and we regret that this situation caused frustration. Our goal is to provide excellent service to every guest while applying our reservation and billing policies consistently and fairly.
We appreciate your comments regarding the property and will also take your feedback about the pillows into consideration. We remain committed to providing our guests with a clean, comfortable stay and a complimentary full hot breakfast.
Sincerely,
Arjhav Patel

The hotel was very clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and there is a coffee maker and coffee pods in the room. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the shower pressure wasn't very strong. The pool and jacuzzi were great, the hours were from 6am-10pm, it was very refreshing. The breakfast in the morning was great, the staff was constantly coming through to make sure that the eggs, bacon, bagels, toast, cereal, waffles, coffee, creamers and juices are stocked. I will definitely be back. This is the best place that I have stayed at in the past few years when I am in town.

Satisfied
We were greeted by Erivk at the front desk after a 10 hour day traveling. We felt safe parking our vehicle. Our room was spacious and very happy that they allowed pets.
