Outstanding Service — Andres Deserves Recognition!

Great location, excellent price, and a comfortable stay, but what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service from the team at Hampton Inn.
I had an issue with my AC and brought it to the attention of the front desk. The young lady working there immediately took action and arranged for their technician, Andres, to come take care of it. From the initial call, Andres arrived within 5-10 minutes. He was professional, courteous, and genuinely committed to resolving the problem. After quickly assessing the situation, he determined that the unit needed to be replaced and promptly brought in a new one. The entire process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free.
This is exactly what outstanding customer service should look like. Hampton Inn, Andres truly exemplifies a spirit of service that is becoming harder to find these days. Give this man a bonus—or better yet, a raise! You need more people like Andres in the world today.
I would also be remiss if I didn’t recognize the young lady at the front desk. She played an equally important role and demonstrated the same genuine spirit of service.

I HAVE ALWAYS HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THIS HOTEL. MY DAUGHTERS AND I LOVE STAYING HERE. STAFF IS ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY.
FRONT DESK GIRLS ARE ALWAYS QUICK TO HELP AND ASSIST.
THE BREAKFAST STAFF DOES AN AWESOME JOB AT KEEPING UP WITH THE FOOD AND KEEPING TABS ON EVERYTHING.

It was a good experience, the staff was kind and helpful. The room is spacious, and we had the pool all for ourselves.

Room was clean, breakfast was satisfactory. I booked a queen room with double beds and when I checked in I was informed they sold out and was given a king room. I was traveling with a friend so I gave him the bed and I had to take the pull out sofa bed which was ok. I was never notified about the change prior and the room was paid in advance the both nights I stayed there.

Good location with restaurants and movie theater within walking distance. There was always fresh coffee and water in the lobby and fresh baked cookies in the afternoon. Good hot breakfast and staff was reloading goods as fast as guest were taking them. We will stay here again.
