Perfect for visiting Bratislava

A good hotel for visiting Bratislava.
Kind and helpful staff and reception.
Central location, perfect as a base for sightseeing.
Covered multi-story garage available under the hotel and connected directly to the rooms by elevator.
High price (32 and 24 euros depending on the day) but it is basically a public parking lot used as a private one in their area, so I don't know how much the price depends on them.
Spacious and clean room.
Varied and rich breakfast.
Only downside: wifi not working very well.

Good breakfast, but bathroom needs attention

Nice place for a short stay. The breakfast was very good! The only thing that disappointed us was the small amount of black mold in the bathroom. For a 4 star hotel, this is definitely not acceptable and should be taken care of. Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay.

My Belongings Disappeared After Check-Out

My stay at this hotel would have been a positive experience if it hadn’t been for what happened after I checked out.
On July 9, I checked out at 8:00 AM. At around 5:30 PM the same day, I realized that I had accidentally left my sports shoes Trussardi in my room. I contacted the hotel immediately, but I was told that no shoes had been found.
Since then, I have called several times asking them to check again, because I am absolutely certain I left them in the room. Every time I received the same answer: “We couldn’t find them.”
It is very difficult to believe that a pair of shoes could simply disappear within a few hours after my departure. This raises serious concerns about how guests’ belongings are handled after check-out.
I am extremely disappointed with the way this situation was handled. Losing something is one thing, but receiving no real assistance or effort to investigate is another. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

This was a cool stopover to break up a long train ride; we were pleasantly pleased. The hotel was nice and not far from Old Town which was an easy walk once we found the tunnel that allows access under the road located in front of the hotel. That made it much easier.

The location is pretty good, 10 minute walk to the main square. the hotel has a 3-level basement parking area which is convenient but NOT free for guests. the room was very clean, the bed is comfortable and to my liking. would stay again if i ever visit Bratislava again.
