Restaurant vitit - very good experience.

Was there today and was curios how is the restaurant, while was reading several feedbacks. Staff (the lady, as understand family owner) is nice, professional and willing to help or advice. Food was very good as well, having beef soup, turkey roll. Daughter has a "bryndzove halusky" - very good. All food very tasty. I see the owners took over the restaurant recently and positive change is visible! Last but not least, price is also very fair. Guys, wish you a luck and fast reputation recovery.

For Slovaks only

Was going to visit the Devin Castle, but wanted to eat first. The menu and the "service" in the restaurant was ONLY in Slovak language and there was not the slightest interest to help, despite personal knowledge in 7 west EU languages. This was my 1st impression of Slovakia but fortunately the rest of the trip was fortunately MUCH better.

Great food at the restaurant after visiting Devins castle

After visiting devins castle went to the restaurant which is very near to the enterance of this castle. Great service , good food and really nice attandents. The prices are moderate and quality is great

Great food while visiting the castle - should have its own restarant listing on trio advisor

We arrived at the castle and were hungry, not much choice in eateries and they all looked pretty bad (tourist spots). We did not have high hopes for this one, which seemed like the best option.
The food actually was very very good! Surprisingly good. I really enjoyed the local style gnocchi. The other gnocchi with pork, and the short ribs were also very good. If hungry, this is definitely the spot to choose.

One night stop over

Location great i.e. Near river and next to castle ,riverside walks .english speaking staff very efficient including the waiters in restaurant castle walk includes 150 steps yes I counted them ! Bikes along river can be hired .breakfast good
Negative points no discount in restaurant for hotel guests
Very worn towels only suitable for floor mops
Lift not working
Carpets very stained in corridor
Not 4 star quality
