Great, affordable skiing resort

We didn't stay in the hotel but used the resort daily for a week for skiing and lunches. The slopes are well maintained and just the right length and difficulty for our children. The attached skiing school has some friendly instructors. You can hire skis and other gear in decent quality for affordable price - ask for a discount if you intend to hire it for more than just a day.
Overall, a nice place where we spent our last 2 skiing holidays and will certainly return in the future.

Horrible accommodation

Worst accommodation for price I have ever experienced, we stayed for 2 nights, first night heating was not on and we were in cold room with 5 year old child, toilet have not worked for day and hot water was not available at all, management should be ashamed. Only bright spot was stuff and food and for that reason it is more disappointing for management and owner, I can honestly tell you I will never return, never recommend to anybody and never go to another hotel without reading recommendations on TripAdvisor myself

Family visit

We have bought voucher for 2 night stay. Staff very warm and helpfull, good food, but I need mention accommodation, which is on a very low level, very disappointed. For money we paid, I expected higher quality of accommodation and bio outside poll fee included within price.

The best winter holiday ever

This resort have a nice location in a small village. The skiing slopes are good maintained and are for everybody - beginners and for skiers with experiences. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Accommodation is good, everywhere is clean. After skiing you can relaxing in wellness or you can have fun at the bowling.

Out in the wilds

The resort has good accommodation , our room was a decent size for 2 , although the tv an d fridge were both out of action it was not a problem as a decent kitchen was on the ground floor with gold fa I litres including large fridge.
The advertised restaurant t was not open due to building work in completed.
This resort is not good for visitors to the Slovakia Paradise as it is a 25 Km drive away.
The 2 members of staff we met were very informative and helpfull throughout our stay.
It did at times remind me of the early Spanish resorts in the early days where the pace was a noise building site early morning with noise.
Restaurant is due to open in Sept and looks good nearly complete.
Would make an excellent ski break.
