Tatralandia Village, chata 107 Great with kids

We stayed at cabin 107,
The set up was perfect, the Village is set like a Kibbutz, the staff and owner were very nice, polite and efficient, and the amenities in the village are great for kids, A lot to do in the area, the water park was crowded but great fun’ the Zoo is small and accommodating, and food and shopping in the area is OK,

Only off you have to or get the newer apt/suites

Some / most cabinet are old and doesn’t fit the price range, un maintained, smells, bathroom is hideous (broken towel and mildew), kitchen is tiny with bad cutlery
And last but not least 7 beds but one bathroom..
breakfast is good, staff is kind
Tatralandia water park is great but other than that the cottage (7+1) is not a good value for your money
If you manage to get a newer cottage that is a different story I guess

No food available

We visited this place hungry after long travelling with our small child.We were shocked and very disappointed,that everything was closed..no available restaurant or shop in walking distance.At least they could adviced this on the website,but it was not mentioned nowhere.
On the positive note. Place was cosy and clean.

Dear Client, thank you for your review. Due to mandatory sanitation and necessary maintenance, the Holiday Village Tatralandia resort is annually closed at the beginning of the December. We try to inform as much as possible on websites and social networks and we are sorry that this information was not more visible, but we believe that there will still be an opportunity to taste our great cuisine. We are happy that you felt comfortable.

necesary accomodation for aquapark

on our plan to visit aquapark was necesary take accomodation near to aquapark, and this was the best choice for price, we spent one night in small house with 3 beds near to restaurant with full hotel services, house was clean with standart equipments, average food in restaurant, we recommend to visit this village and hope that we will back soon there

We are very sorry, but the preparation of houses before accommodation takes a little longer than the preparation of a standard hotel room, so the houses are usually ready at 04:00pm and that’s also why we offer early checkouts if the client want to come earlier.

Terrible reception

Stayed for 1 night and in the morning when we checked out we said that we want to visit water park and receive our 20% discount (as per advertised) and they said that is not possible couse we already checked out. Reception didn't mention anything and didn't even asked if we going to visit water park while we were checking out even though we asked night before how to get discount when we will go and they just gave us information booklet which mentioned discount. Very disappointing after a nice stay.
