Ovaj hotel smješten je u toplicama Patince, 15 km od Komárna, uz rijeku Dunav. Nudi klimatizirane sobe s minibarovima, sefovima i besplatnim Wi-Fi-jem. Prostrane sobe su luksuzno uređene i imaju parketne podove. Osigurani su kućni ogrtači.

Not good at all
We stayed as family with kids 10 and 12 years old. The hotel is in general terrible, some pros. Let's see the details:
- surroundings and area - ghost town, old, abandoned buildings, trash bins with trash besides, beautiful lake but with lots of dirt in it, no plants/garden/nice pavements in the area, everything is old and not taken care of
- hotel room - so so, air conditioning did not work on upper floor (we stayed in family room) and it was a hot summer, beds very comfy though, with open windows noise from the outside pool and bad air from the water outside (typical "egg" smell), room and bathroom quite clean but very old fashioned, supply of bath products in the bathroom
- pools and wellness - lots of people indoors, especially in saunas, no privacy, not even privacy to get into the shower at wellness - people everywhere, pool bar terrible prices, we rather did not order anything, pool outside - old the pool itself and the "garden" or grass area around not maintained, pool very big which was great but water cold - despite over 30 degrees outside and hot summer in general my kids did not want to get in, and loud music from the bufet, same all the time, no variety so everyone could enjoy the music
- restaurant - very very small space to the number of peple in the hotel, cooking so-so, some meals nice some meals terrible, not enough cakes sometimes, variety very poor for dinner, for breakfast better but missing pancakes, very slow supply of eaten food, no napkins/cuttlery on outside tables, very slow ordering and bringing of the ordered drinks (it was summer, everyone thirsty....), however the staff very nice and helpful
- entertainment - bowling/pool/darts paid (bowling 17eur per hour), table tenis/table soccer free, animations for the little ones (disco, face painting)
In general, I am happy that we only paid for 2 nights, we would not be able to stay longer in these conditions. It was not a vacation, we simply had to go through it. I regret coming to the hotel, it was not worth it at all.

Luckily, I only stayed here one night. Had I booked longer, I would definitely have left earlier.
The surroundings of the hotel resemble a ghost village. There are old, broken, uninhabited houses and gated communities everywhere.
The road leading to the hotel is in very poor condition. There are no shops here far and wide.
Staff are very friendly and can speak English.
The room was in a worn condition. The bathroom was nice and large, but also had roommates (silverfish and ants).
A TV was available, but there were no German or English-language channels, which is really a no-go.
The dining room is far too small for the number of hotel guests, you have to wait for a free seat. The evening was not a treat, but I didn't expect this after seeing my room. I've squeezed out breakfast.
In the whole hotel you have to be prepared for loud children's screaming, unfortunately you will not find peace here.
I didn't do anything to the spa anymore, I'm glad I was allowed to leave.

Maximum 2 nights drive sensible early
The dinner was very delicious, little choice but really good also the salads super fresh.
The breakfast, basically good BUT at 8:30 is nothing more there is not refilled although until 10 am breakfast is.
The pools look more in the pictures than it actually is. Outdoor pools unfortunately already left out despite 28 degrees. Children's entertainment only on Saturdays.
In the area there are nothing but empty hotels and run-down houses. So you can't Enterprise anything here. The hotel can't help it, but it doesn't help
Drinks in the hotel very expensive, no shopping in the area.
Staff does not speak English and are unfriendly largely apart from the gentleman in the dining room.
Mini golf, tennis, football is offered everything but actually not everything is broken and run down.

Hotel should br called "Closed" - as everytjing always was...
The hotel is in a dilapidated area - not the hotel's fault, but manage your expectations when arriving.
The booking process was great, I phoned the reception, got a good deal and the lady allocated a great family room for us, as I asked for a quiet room.
The hotel itself could use some maintenance, you can see wear and tear everywhere, mainly in rooms and bathrooms.
But my main issue was the wellness. The hotel calls itself a wellness hotel, yet they do not open the spa until 4pm every day, except Fridays and Saturdays. There isn't much to do in the winter/spring so you want to break your day a bit from just lounging by the pool. To be able to use the spa was something I took for granted in a 4* wellness hotel... Well, not so much. This was a big disappointment as the wellness element was the decising factor for us to book this hotel. We visited during the spring school holidays and the hotel was pretty busy, so I do not understand why everyrhing was always shut. They were 100% NOT open at 12:00 as the management response tried to imply to someone else's complaint.
The bars were taking turns in being open - there were never 2 bars open at the same time! There was a time when none of them were open and you couldn't get water anywhere!
With this strange "let's keep everything closed" policy, the hotel had no atmosphere and felt boring at times. It has a great potential but sadly, it is not used as such.
The food was fine they try to cater for everyone.
The one big issue I had at breakfast was the awful instant coffee! I have never experienced a 4* hotel to cheap out on breakfast coffee and offer instant. You can order the proper stuff at extra cost. So if you like your morning coffee be ready to pay for it.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay, the staff - especially the men, were great! But the wellness opening times along with the strange, too quiet atmosphere were a bit disappointing. This is not a 4* hotel considering the lack of services and open facilities.
I highly recommend going for a nice walk along the river Danube after breakfast, or drive to Sturovo and cross the bridge to Hungary (Estergom). The church is beatiful and well worth a visit all thd way to the top and the crypt! After all the steps you will love relaxing in the sauna - if, of course, it is open...

As expected
A well-priced hotel in Slovakia. But the services are really poor.
A restaurant.
If you don't mind eating with a dirty tablecloth, unlaid dishes from previous guests, and if you don't mind bringing your own cutlery and serviettes, then you've come to the right place. And if you ask for it at a clean table, a member of the staff will look at you.
The bathroom
If you don't mind taking a shower and standing 3 cm in water that doesn't drain and you don't imagine that the sewer is full of waste water from the surrounding rooms and from people who... you are in the right place.
Room.
Creaking and creaking extra bed. Absence of bed linens in the number corresponding to the number of beds you paid for.
The staff.
I think that the last time I saw such "quick" and "willing" personnel was sometime in the late nineties of the last century.
