Very nice place for your budget bussines stay

My late check-in was trouble free and staff at reception was very nice and all documents was prepared. Room was nice and clear, with free wifi internet access. Bathroom is a little out if time, but clear. Breakfast was rich and you can choose from really many kinds of vegetable and fruits. Fresh bakery products is bonus. Next time i would choose this hotel for stay with my family and my dog, because hotel is pet friendly.

Not a Great Experience

This hotel is in a great central location in Zlate Moravce and has plenty of car parking. The room we were allocated was large and of a good standard. Unfortunately, we were woken at 5 in the morning by banging noises from the kitchen and then were unable to get back to sleep due to constant noise.
When we went for breakfast, I think we were the last guests, so there was very little choice, which was disappointing. Whether you are first or last you should still have the same choice.
When we complained to the reception staff about the noise, it took a while to resolve and then we were only given 10 euros compensation. I thought the very least they could have done is refunded the cost of the breakfast for the 2 of us, which was 14 euros.
Anyway, we visit this area regularly and certainly will not be stopping here again.

Pleasantly Surprised ~ Great location and Large room

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at this well located hotel. Our room was large with a small refrigerator and a small balcony. It was clean with a good sized bath/shower.
Breakfast buffet, which was included in our nightly price, had eggs, bacon, sausage, salad, cheese and ham, cereal, fruit, coffee machine and juice. My preferred morning beverage is tea and the staff was kind enough to provide hot water separate from the water available through the coffee machine.
We were in town to visit with friends and stayed 5 nights. It was a good value for location and the room. The only negative was we had very warm days and the a/c was not working nor was the air flow from outside enough to cool the room down.
I would stay here again next time we visit.

Long weekend stay

Considering the price of the room, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality ! AC only available from 17.00 to 07.00, but hey ... that's when you need it. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was sufficient, and tasty. Fridge in the room too, and plenty of storage cupboards and shelves. Now for some sightseeing !

Cold

The room is nice but during this visit really uncomfortable. It was cold without possibility to regulate temperature. The termo don't seems active. After my complain nothing change. I'll not use any more in winter time.
