Hotels in Catez

Nicely arranged hotel. It is connected with an internal tunnel to other hotels and also to the thermal Riviera. Entrance to the Riviera included. We had half board and reading the reviews I was afraid for the food instead turned out to be good and with several choices. I recommend baked chicken, sausages, potatoes. Breakfast was also good. The downsides were: the reception staff is rude, just in the mood "want to work jump on me". Even for the times are strict, if you are at the table 2 minutes after the time for breakfast they turn off the light. The structure is dated and the carpet is stained in almost all the room. Other than that, it's all clean. Even water at meals is extremely expensive, I recommend bringing it from home. Overall compared to the rate we paid it is clear that you should not have high expectations, we are far from luxury, but for children I would say it is the ideal place for fun, food. Bathrobes are charged 5.50 euros per day per person, for children are not available. Bring your slippers to access the pool, instead the cap is not required.

Hospitality is everything about customer care is very poor, food leaves much to be desired and costs are excessive

Avoid

Depressing, decadent hotel, recalls perhaps past glories but welcomes with a carpet that was red and now is yellowed. The half-board offers a dinner where the only thing edible were baked potatoes. My son got baked chicken and inside it was black. All dry, rancid, smelly. I had dinner with a banana. The affiliated water park is a hellish circle with three times as many people in it as it should have, with children diving on people in the water and zero lifeguards watching. The dim light throughout the hotel, rooms and dinner room gives the final touch that would make anyone depressed. I attach photos of one of the courses of the dinner, the fish "sadly".

Worst hotel in history

Worst hotel i have ever been for sure. Food is awful, not a singel taste in any food. Lunch and dinners are always the same with maybe 2 extra sauces... what stays from kunch they give it for dinner everytime. Bad rooms really poor mattress. If u want to go to catez really go to 2 hotels that are nearby like 2 minutes walking from here... the cost for meal is like 16€ but its worth maybe 1€. For sure i wont be back and i dont know how any of the guests even stay here for longterm... most of the employers are student as i saw it

Change hotel

Terrible cleaning, as soon as we arrived I entered the bathroom and found hair on the floor.
Eating well but 2 one liter bottles of water 13 euros a steal.
The hotel's thermal pools feel like entering a hospital.
The large pools are very beautiful and fun. Too bad the staff are very rude especially those at the bar.
I don't think we will return again
