My review is for the restaurant, we ate there most mornings for breakfast, met 2 lovely members of staff, Erica & Paul. At night time the long standing member Janet was so helpful, hope to see you all next April.☘️

Bad experience

We have been coming here many years and get what we expect for 2 star. Staff amazing, pool area great etc. However, this time the apartment was filthy! The electric kept going out and the microwave nearly blew up. Cleaners were lovely but apparent only floors washed and sheets changed. Doors, frames etc were filthy, as was the old freezer. Crumbs behind fridge and under microwave, tiny critters on kitchen worktop. I had to buy antibacterial wipes and try to clean some areas. When we left, we stripped beds as we always do to find dirty ripped mattresses. At £730 each for 10 days, not acceptable.

Mouldy chamber

The room we were assigned was musty, dirty and moldy. We were assigned another room that was in equally bad shape. Shame they dare to rent this out. Eventually we booked another hotel.

Depressing

Excellent staff, the only recommendable aspect of this place.
Good location if what you intend is to spend the night outside the accommodation or if you sleep during the day.
Old and depressing facilities, everything very deteriorated.
Despite having security guards, the type of guests in general did not provide any security.
Even being a cheap accommodation, the quality/price ratio is not adequate. Quality is below the minimum required.
Stay in a single room.

Our room was clean and very nice with a few English channels. Cleaners came every 2 days. We loved our stay and would return again
