Amazing holiday
This hotel is in my top 3 holidays ever. The whole place is spotlessly clean, the food is outstanding and the staff are amazing. The animation team, Manu, Tamas and Diego are the greatest entertainment team I've experienced. A great mix of couples and small groups make this hotel perfect for me. I've been here three times and already booked again for December. I'd like to emphasise Tamas is a genius at entertaining us.

Lovely hotel and staff
Absolutely amazing hotel. The staff were all so friendly. We was able to have a laugh with everyone, from the bar staff and entertainment team, to the housekeeping crew!
We were there for 3nights and everyday we had fresh towels and bedding.
Being offered a drink on check in was a lovely touch.
All inclusive food and drinks were nice. Lots of choice for food. Fresh chicken, burgers, pork chops and steak at dinner was great.
Only down side was the guy by the pool was very rude and aggressive.
Be aware that when you check out you dont get anymore drinks unless you pay. Even if your pick up transfer isn't until the evening.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again ❤️

Have used this hotel on a number of occasions now. Staff generally friendly, food good and varied, and full entertainment programme. Can be a little noisy at night but where in Tenerife isn't?

Just back from holiday, had a fab time, hotel is very central, within walking distance to food places, pubs and beach, hotel itself is immaculate, rooms are decent and all have twin beds and a balcony, you get a fridge in your room hair dryer, towels, body wash and shampoo, if you want a beach towel it’s 15euro deposit which you get back on your last day and you can take your beach towel down each morning and exchange for a fresh one, we had breakfast included and it’s a buffet so loads of options and was so nice, there is entertainment on each night like bingo, karaoke and games but I’ll be honest me and my pal thought with it being adults only it would be lively and wild but it wasn’t and that was fine, we went over specifically for a rave so didn’t spend the whole holiday at hotel, the staff are lovely so no issues whatsoever, your room also gets cleaned every day, there is a supermarket right beside hotel that serves fresh baguettes and salads and loads of snacks and drink and it’s super cheap, overall a great holiday and hotel stay.
