Excellent service, relaxing and welcoming hotel.

Stayed 4 nights for a family wedding and had such a special time. Thanks to all of the staff who made sure the wedding was a memorable one.

Fantastic hotel and staff shame about the food

Firstly it is a beautiful hotel with lovely rooms. The staff are unbelievably lovely and beyond helpful all in a picturesque setting. The pool with valley backdrop is so tranquil and a place to chill out.
The barman makes bespoke cocktails and the assortment of birds, cat and resident tortoise all complement a very child friendly hotel.
Breakfast is delightful and the staff are so friendly
Where the hotel falls down is the food which I am afraid is both expensive and not good. The final straw was giving us all food poisoning from the paella night.
It’s so sad because there is no excuse in menorca to have bad food and aside from the burgers (not a great accolade outside USA )it was pretty dreadful.

A dream place

First of all thank you to all the people of the Santa Ponsa estate who contributed to make these few days an unforgettable stay, thank you for your great kindness, your availability, your desire to make us have the best time possible. The estate is splendid, the stunning gardens, breakfast and dinner are quality and served in a beautiful setting. It's beautiful, quiet and out of time. The hardest part is to leave.
