Great location, cleanliness and comfort

We found a great apartment in the center of town. It's close to everything. Very clean and with all kinds of details that Marisol leaves to guests. He has also helped us in several things we have asked for and has offered to even accompany us to various sites.

Perfect stay, to repeat

I had read that there was noise, but for us the location was perfect. We slept very well and without problems and at the end of the week. Close to everything. Great apartment with everything you could need. Very clean and comfortable. To repeat.

It does not return the money, and it does not help you solve anything.

Aparthotel very poorly located, super noisy and with scandals in the street, partying until 4 in the morning. We hired 4 nights and we only spent 1 night and nothing more... we left because of the scandals and they did not return our money for the remaining days, we feel very scammed by the Alcaniz apartments.
I won't even come back as a gift...

Comment that 20m away you have a PUB, and I'm very excited about it, C/caldereros Nº1 and at night, there are people shouting and shouting, and you can't sleep, or have a rest, until 4am in the morning, I think that will be every weekend, because the Camel Pub is open every day, I don't know if they will be open every night from Monday to Sunday,

MALA ACTITUD

No pudimos hacer el viaje porque mi madre de 66 años se cayó y finalmente la tuvieron que operar por rotura de tobillo y extensión de ligamentos, no nos devolvieron el dinero de la reserva, a pesar de haber avisado con días de anticipación y ser causa de fuerza mayor. Me ha parecido un muy mal detalle.
El establecimiento dice que cancelamos el día antes, no fue así, fue varios días antes, y además insinúa que no decimos la verdad, le hemos indicado en otras opiniones que podemos hacerle llegar toda la documentación médica, pero aún así, se acogen a la política de cancelación, para ellos no existe el concepto de causa mayor, cogen el dinero sin prestar el servicio y listo, de verdad que soy incapaz de recomendar este establecimiento, y no por el establecimiento en si, sino por la actitud de su anfitrión.
