Lovely experience
First of all, you get exactly what you pay for it’s affordable, clean, and great value for money. The food was good, and every member of staff we encountered was friendly and welcoming.
A couple of things really stood out for us. While at the airport on our way over, I realised I had accidentally booked a studio with two single beds. We called the hotel and explained the situation. The receptionist was very polite and said they might be able to help us the following day, which we completely understood.
However, when we arrived at 3am, we found they had already rearranged the beds into a double for us, complete with a decorative swan made from towels and a fresh flower on the bed. It was such a thoughtful touch, especially considering the mistake was entirely mine when booking.
A special shout-out to Bruno, the entertainer. His energy every night was fantastic. He made a real effort to interact with guests, remembered people’s names, and created a fun, friendly atmosphere with his jokes and enthusiasm.
One thing we noticed throughout our stay was how all the staff seemed like one big family. They were genuinely kind to one another, and that positive atmosphere carried through to the guests as well.
The receptionist also gave us recommendations on where to hire a car and even checked in with us when we returned, which was a lovely personal touch.
We asked if it would be possible to have an extra hour before checking out and, although I understand this depends on availability, it was arranged without any fuss and handled very politely.
The hotel is great for families and couples alike, with a swimming pool, kids’ play area, small arcade, and plenty of food options available throughout breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There was also a great selection of cocktails and drinks.
Overall, a wonderful stay with staff who genuinely care about their guests. We would happily return.

Pay a little more and have it clean, rather than saving in the wrong places and then regretting it.
We found the location and everything great. But really a lot needs to be done... the pool, which is defective in some places and was uncomfortable on my feet, as well as the stairs to get in and out that were too loose! The room smells of dampness and mold, the bed is too SMALL, I had to sleep separately from my husband. The bathroom shower curtain is very disgusting, totally yellow and unhygienic... the terrace furniture is uncomfortable, there are strange stains on the ceiling... the door is heavy to open and close, it's really a shame, actually a great concept but a lot needs to change.
It smelled, was not well-maintained, and no toiletries were provided.
