Hotel El Rancho okružen je seoskim krajolikom i planinama, a nalazi se u Torrecaballerosu, samo 10 km od Segovije. Madrid je udaljen sat vremena vožnje. Četverozvjezdni El Rancho smješten je u preuređenoj štali iz 17.

A very good option for relaxation.
I stayed at this establishment for several nights and I must say it pleasantly surprised me. There is practically no outside noise, although you can hear the TV from other rooms. With earplugs, you can't hear anything. It is very clean, and the standard room is very large and has a huge bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The breakfast is good. The breakfast has everything you could ask for, different breads, pastries, and a couple of hot ingredients. The staff is very professional and friendly.
The pool is very nice; it is large. The only negative point is that there are very few loungers.
To go to Segovia, you need a car or to take a taxi. It is important to keep this in mind. The area has plenty of free parking.

We will not repeat in this hotel
We stayed at El Rancho de la Aldehüela (Torrecaballeros/Segovia) to celebrate New Year’s Eve 2025/26, expecting the level of a 4* hotel on such a special date.
The experience was marked by several organizational problems. On arrival at dinner we were not listed, which forced us to wait half an hour, standing and at the entrance of the restaurant, cold, one of the people being a 92-year-old lady. Finally we were assigned a table improvised, in a place of passage of the waiters and with a great current of air.
Dinner was served in a hurry, some dishes arrived cold, half raw and were removed almost intact, without anyone asking if they were correct. In addition, he had given a month’s notice that he did not eat meat, and yet there was no alternative planned, improvising a dish unsuitable for a New Year’s Eve dinner.
The next day, breakfast was not offered normally. Only thanks to the punctual kindness of a front desk clerk could we have a coffee and a juice, even though the “great New Year’s breakfast” was included in the package.
Subsequently, in addition, we were charged an additional consumption, which was ill-advised in the circumstances.
Before posting this review, I contacted the hotel twice by mail, without receiving a direct response from the Management.
The total price of 530 € for dinner, bed and breakfast does not correspond to the experience received.

I have to say that all the staff were very friendly and the room spacious, comfortable and very clean.

A jewel in Spain
This is a great hotel set in an old Spanish finca .
The whole place is beautiful and more so because of the wonderful art works which are just everywhere .The staff were friendly the room was amazing beautiful comfortable and its dog friendly . ( came with dog cushion treats and bowls ) The breakfast iwas wonderful fit for King Felipe himself .

Our experience has been one of the best. A perfect place to go as a family, very quiet and close to Segovia.

The people who attended very friendly, the buffet breakfast exquisite, the room one past, was the suite and in addition to spacious, it was beautiful, with a very large bathroom, jacuzzi and shower.
I recommend it.

Looking for a dog friendly hotel in or close to Segovia didnt have much choice. Settled on El Rancho and we were delighted. Forgot to tell them we would have a dog when we booked but the reception staff couldnt have been more helpful. Lovely room on ground floor with a patio door out onto a grassed area was perfect for those middle of the night calls. Continental breakfast had lots of choice
