Barbara 3 review

Stayed in Barbara 3 a few times now. Clean, comfortable, great location, friendly and helpful staff, good air con and WiFi. I would highly recommend these apartments while staying in Alicante.

Clean and modern apartment located in the heart of the city. The only downside was loud music playing in the restaurants close by which one could hear until late one night. I would recommend it as a place to stay!

Just excellent . .

Great location, super friendly and helpful staff. I stayed in a terrace apartment, terrace was large with tables and chairs. Shower was the best. All the necessities to cook at home. Some advice, don't book through a booking website, contact them directly and it will be less expensive and includes daily cleaning, which booking through a website does not. Lastly, the communication from booking to check out was very responsive. I would highly recommend Barbara 3.

Great place to stay

We arrived after reception hours on Friday night, but were given excellent key code access information complete with video on Whats App from Adrian which was very reassuring. The apartments are very central in the old town area with bars and restaurants very close by. There was a bit of late night street noise in our apartment on the first floor but this did not really disturb us. The apartment had a kitchenette with fridge and cooking facilities, it was very clean throughout.
Do ask for the sofa bed to be made up in the living area if required. We were two friends not a couple so had to share the large bed the first night but were able to sleep separately the next two nights. Adrian in reception was very helpful in all aspects, he booked our return taxi to the airport which cost about €27. On the day we left we were able to store our suitcases in the lockers for a returnable €1.
We would stay here again as all the city sights and beach and harbour were all within easy walking distance.

Comfortable apartment in a central area

We stayed here twice in December - one night before our trip to Valencia and two nights on our return.
The apartments are very centrally located and very secure with key code access to the property after 5pm when reception closes. Both apartments we stayed in were extremely clean and well equipped. Due to our short stay, we didn't have time to cook but these would definitely be great for a longer stay. Jesus on reception was friendly and welcoming.
Our first apartment faced the back of the building and we heard no noise. Our second faced the street and on Friday night was noisy until about 4am in the morning due to a local nightclub.
