Very comfortable room

We had a very nice stay.
The welcome by Critian was excellent.
The room was comfortable and very clean. It would be nice to have Kleenex in the room.

Pool was closed, bar probably more often closed but they managed to offer us beers which was nice. AC was not good so prepare for hot night. Plenty of parking space nearby, also nice thing. Grocery store and few bars within walking distance. For some reason we had a ton of some small mosquitos in our room. They kept inceasing during the night.

4 extremely dubious stars...

I begin by saying that ONLY this hotel has a rule that consists of the following: if at check-in you get 1 voucher for a drink at the bar, it is not a courtesy / gift, but rather to not make you the bed during your stay. No logic!
Other points: extremely weak breakfast for a 4-star hotel, even FRACO and with very hard donuts; do not clean the floor of the rooms for days, only because we drew attention...
There was a response from the direction, which we thank, and the cleaning was done to the rooms, but for all this to happen we had to bother ourselves first, which is not acceptable in a 4-star hotel.
Anyway, decide on your conscience whether to choose this hotel to stay. I will not return or recommend!

Hotel is awful, mould on walls, thin walls meaning you hear everything including an incredibly loud lift which seems to go every 2 minutes, breakfast was horrible, shower would randomly become scolding hot every 30 seconds or so. The sockets by the wall didn’t work. Stayed in avoid 40 hotels this year and this was by far the worst. “4 star” absolute joke
